What we collect
- Order details: name, phone number, email, delivery address and the items you buy.
- Payment details: payment reference or transaction code. We never store card numbers or M-Pesa PINs.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or our contact form.
- Website usage: cookies (pages visited, device, browser), only where you allow them in the cookie banner.

Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To contact you about your order, returns or questions.
- To improve our website and measure our ads, only with your cookie consent.
- To send offers, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with
Only what is needed: delivery riders and couriers (name, phone, address), payment providers, and website, analytics and ad services such as Meta and TikTok where you consented. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Other data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to marketing, or withdraw consent at any time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC), Kenya.

Security
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only staff who need customer data to serve you can access it.
