Yes. We deliver across Nairobi by rider and to all other counties by courier. See Delivery & Shipping.
How much is delivery?
It depends on your location. We confirm the exact fee by phone or WhatsApp before we send your order.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, within Nairobi. Orders outside Nairobi are paid before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your location and the courier. We give you an estimate when we confirm your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it is unused with tags on. See Returns & Refunds.
The size doesn’t fit. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days and we exchange it for another size if it is in stock.
Can I visit your shop?
Yes. We are at Ismir Heights, Muslim Road, Nairobi. You can also collect your order there for free.
