These terms apply to all orders placed on galsor.net, by phone or on WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders
An order is confirmed only after we contact you. We may cancel if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we can’t reach you. Any payment made is refunded in full.

Prices
All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES). Delivery fees are not included in product prices and are confirmed before dispatch.

Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Pay on delivery is available within Nairobi only. Orders outside Nairobi are paid in full before dispatch.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Check your item on delivery and report problems within 48 hours. See Delivery & Shipping.

Product information
We show products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on screens. Ask us before ordering if unsure about size.
